As examples of Brian’s experience, he served as Project Director for the analysis of a $300M claim on a public-private-partnership, design-build project in California; helped a developer proactively address the affects of changes on a mid-rise condominium and retail project in Orlando; analyzed delays and inefficiencies on a $150M, mixed-use, high-rise building in Miami; and helped the contractor proactively manage the project schedule and evaluate the effects of changes on the Mansueto Library at the University of Chicago.

Brian has served as an advisor for a variety of clients, including public owners, private developers and Fortune 500 corporations, contractors, subcontractors, design consultants, suppliers, and the attorneys that represent them.
