On October 26, 2018, Bill Haydt will present “First 3 Rules of Construction: Document, Document, Document!” Bill will describe why the contemporaneous documentation that is created during the life of a construction project is so important. Bill will present the various ways to document and preserve what occurs during the course of a project, as well as suggestions for making this documentation more fact-focused and effective. Bill will also discuss how effective communication and documentation can increase the likelihood of resolving issues in a timely manner, without resorting to litigation.
