Bill Manginelli, Trauner’s President, and Josh Levy, Esq., a Partner with Husch Blackwell LLP, will be making a 1-hour presentation at the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s Midwinter Meeting in Fort Myers, FL in January 2018.

Their presentation titled “How the Attorney and Expert Work Together,” which will occur during the Friday division breakfast, identifies best practices for counsel when working with expert witnesses.  Both Bill and Josh have extensive experience in trying construction cases as advocate and expert.
