A schedule is of little value if it’s not updated accurately and regularly. This webinar will provide a step-by-step process for preparing, submitting, reviewing, commenting on, and, ultimately, approving a project schedule update. The webinar will focus on ensuring that updates are submitted timely and regularly. It will also address what to do when the schedule update shows a delay.
